We’ll meet you, talk to you and assess your situation. We will take on and persuade your boss, HR and your team – however sceptical they may be. We will help structure your full time role into a job-share (typically, you will both work three days a week). Most importantly, we’ll find you a fantastic job-share partner. Once you’ve met two or three candidates and really find a great fit with one, we’ll get to work on your boss and the rest of the business. We’ll be with you every step of the way. And remember, our fees are paid by your employer if and only if we actually place a job-share partner with you.
