  • Run a job-sharing pilot in a specific department of your firm. This is usually 3 or 6 months long. We will help you put together job-share pairs among your existing employees. We also coach and support the line managers and teams who work with the job-sharers. This provides the company with its own case studies and allows you to evaluate if job-sharing works in your culture.
